  • After doing this for 20 seconds straight, let go and land on both feet before starting over again.

Ab Wheel Roller

Want to work on your abdominal muscles? An ab wheel roller is the best to start with. This equipment helps strengthen and tone up the abdominal muscles, which can help you lose weight.

An ab wheel roller is an excellent tool for strengthening your core as well as building strength and muscle tone in other areas of your body, including your back, shoulders, and chest.

The proper way of using an ab wheel is as follows:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart on a platform or floor that’s about 6 inches higher than the knees.
  • Grasp handles with both hands behind the center of the upper chest; keep elbows bent slightly but not locked out completely.
  • Place face forward between arms; push against resistance until you feel the tension in the torso – then hold the position for 30 seconds before repeating ten times total per side.
